2. Flight-search and referral service
MatrixAirfares.com provides flight-search, comparison, informational and referral features. We are not an airline, do not directly issue airline tickets and do not control airline inventory or provider pricing.
3. Connected Trip results
The requested flight-search journey may continue to Connected Trip, where available itineraries, fares and schedules can be compared. A selected airline or travel provider ultimately completes the booking.
4. Independent airlines and travel providers
Airlines, online travel agencies and other providers are independent third parties. Their terms govern ticket issuance, payment, baggage, seats, changes, cancellations, refunds and post-booking support.
5. Prices and availability
Airfare, taxes, fees, schedules, seats and fare classes are dynamic. A price displayed during search is not guaranteed until the final provider accepts and confirms the booking.
6. Traveler responsibilities
You are responsible for reviewing names, dates, airports, travel documents, entry or transit requirements, baggage rules, fare conditions and sufficient connection time before completing a booking.
7. Affiliate and referral relationships
MatrixAirfares.com may use referral links, widgets, parameters and travel technology, including technology available through Travelpayouts. We may receive compensation from qualifying activity.
8. Acceptable use
Use the site only for lawful travel research and ordinary personal use. You may not interfere with security, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, commit fraud or overload the service.
9. Third-party services
Independent websites linked from MatrixAirfares.com control their own products, privacy practices, prices and availability. Review their terms before completing a transaction.

MatrixAirfares.com is an independent brand and is not affiliated with ITA Matrix or Google Flights. The word “Matrix” in the MatrixAirfares.com brand does not indicate sponsorship or endorsement by those services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, every possible airline option or the absolute lowest fare available anywhere.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MatrixAirfares.com is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from site use or from an independent travel provider’s act or omission.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when services, technology, partners or legal requirements change. Updated Terms become effective when posted unless otherwise stated.
